ReserveChain is not itself a laboratory, custodian, or insurer. This page describes the workflow and record-keeping structure the platform is built to support once independent laboratories, custodians and insurers are appointed.
Asset owner submits lot/container data and supporting documents to the registry as Draft.
An appointed independent laboratory issues a Certificate of Analysis against the declared specification.
An appointed custodian confirms physical control and issues a custody record referencing the container/coil IDs.
A reviewer moves the record from Under Review to Approved; only then can it be Published.
