ReserveChain is building a verifiable registry, Digital Asset Passport system, and configurable tokenization layer for ultra-high-purity Copper Powder and high-purity Nickel Wire reserves — designed for institutional transparency from day one.
Own. Trade. Redeem. — proposed, subject to final legal and regulatory approval.
Rather than issuing a token first and describing assets later, ReserveChain's architecture starts with the asset registry: verifiable lots, batches, laboratory documentation and custody records — each represented by a Digital Asset Passport before any token program is activated.
A structured, append-only registry of asset programs, lots, batches, containers and coils — each linked to laboratory reports, custody records and valuations as they are supplied.
A per-unit record — specifications, documents, custody and reserve status — designed to travel with the underlying asset from verification through to redemption.
ERC-20 infrastructure with configurable supply, roles, pause controls and redemption workflows — inactive until legal structuring, reserves and reporting are finalized.
ReserveChain's initial scope covers two reference programs. Both will follow the same registry, passport, verification and (later) tokenization pipeline.
Industrial copper powder reserves, tracked by lot and container, with laboratory Certificates of Analysis and custody documentation attached as they are supplied.
View program →Nickel wire reserves tracked by coil and batch, with the same registry, laboratory and custody documentation pipeline as the Copper Powder program.
View program →Asset owner submits lot/batch/container data, laboratory reports and ownership records into the Asset Registry.
Appointed laboratories, custodians and advisers review and approve records before publication — draft data is never public.
An approved unit receives a Digital Asset Passport, the reference record used for any later token program.
Once legal structuring and reserve reporting are finalized, configurable ERC-20 programs may be activated per jurisdiction.
Indicative only — sequencing depends on legal structuring, appointed advisers and supplied documentation. See the full development schedule for the technical build plan.
Asset registry, Digital Asset Passport structure, CMS/admin portal, public website, waitlist. This working draft
Onboarding of appointed laboratories and custodians; population of verified Copper Powder and Nickel Wire records.
Configurable tokenomics, smart contract development, automated testing, testnet deployment, audit.
Mobile apps, Proof-of-Reserves reporting, redemption workflow — activated only after legal and regulatory approval.
Treasury and contract-admin actions designed for multisig-compatible approval rather than a single key holder.
Separate roles for content editors, asset/document reviewers, compliance, and platform administrators, each scoped to what they need.
Every admin action — publish, approve, mint configuration change — is written to an append-only log that cannot be edited or removed from the normal admin interface.
No. ReserveChain is in prelaunch development. No tokens are being offered or sold through this website, and joining the waitlist does not reserve an allocation, price, or asset. See the legal notice.
ReserveChain does not currently intend to offer tokens to persons located in the EU/EEA, and does not describe itself as MiCA-compliant. Jurisdictional eligibility will be configured and enforced once the legal structure is finalized.
Not yet. Until verified laboratory reports, custody agreements and insurance are supplied by appointed advisers, all quantities, certificates, custodians, insurers and valuations shown are clearly labelled illustrative templates.
ReserveChain is currently in Swiss pre-incorporation stage. Final entity details, legal structure, and permitted jurisdictions will be published once confirmed by appointed counsel.
Both are planned future modules — see Tokenization & Reserves. They remain inactive until custody, insurance and reserve reporting are finalized and approved.
For institutional enquiries, asset-owner submissions, or adviser introductions, reach out and we'll follow up as the platform progresses through prelaunch.
Registering does not constitute an investment, token purchase, reservation, or allocation of any kind.
